A lot of wedding photographers claim to be photojournalists. I don’t believe them when all they show in their ads and website are posed images. Yes, I do posed shots but I don’t claim to be Jeff Ascough. Spontaneous amazing moments happen hundreds of times during a wedding day. If you are doing your job and catch them in your camera, you are only as genius, awesome, incredible, or beautiful as the moment itself. Be aware of your surroundings. Hunt for that moment. Stalk your shot. Capture the moment. Be fearless.
